SYNOPSIS:

Claire has her share of challenges. Like being a genius in a school that favors beauty over brains; homicidal girls in her dorm, and finding out that her college town is overrun with the living dead. On the up side, she has a new boyfriend with a vampire-hunting dad. But when a local fraternity throws the Dead Girls' Dance, hell is really going to break loose. 
 
MY THOUGHTS:
 
OMG!!! I am so loving this series! This is the second in the Morganville Vampire series and it was just as good as the first, if not better.  I LOVE the characters of Shane, Claire, Michael and Eve. I LOVE the plots and writing. I LOVE the suspense and the author for creating it. BUT..I..DO...NOT...LIKE...CLIFF..HANGERS!!!!!! 
I will admit that this ending wasn't as bad of a cliffhanger as the first one, so I didn't throw my book against the wall or call my library several times a day to see if they had the next book in yet.  I finished this book in less than 3 hours and went straight to the next one and finished it within 2 hours.  If they continue to be just as good as the ones I have already read, then I will probably have this series completed before Monday!
I don't want to give any plot hints away in this review because if you haven't read the first one, then it will not make much sense.  All I can say is GO READ IT NOW!  I so want to own this series. I have not been so caught up in a series like this since Twilight. (yep, I am one of those Twilighters, so there) Of course, now I am one of those ones who want to move to the Glass House!
