ARC Giveaway! The Girl Who Became A Beatle by Greg Taylor

THE GIRL WHO BECAME A BEATLE
Author: Greg Taylor
(ARC edition)
Source: Publisher

SUMMARY:

She loves you, yeah, yeah, yeah!

When Regina Bloomsbury’s band, the Caverns, breaks up, she thinks it’s all over. And then she makes a wish—

“I wish I could be as famous as the Beatles.”

The Beatles are her music idols. The next day, she gets up to find that the Caverns are not just as famous as the Beatles, they have replaced them in history! Regina is living like a rock star, and loving it. There are talk shows, music videos, and live concerts with thousands of screaming fans. And Regina is the star of it all.

But fame is getting the better of Regina, and she has a decision to make. Does she want to replace the Beatles forever?

Here is a rocking novel about the good and the bad of Hollywood, fame, and rock ’n roll.

This one sounds intriguing! I wonder if it would be a good reading ladder pick for The Lonely Hearts Club and Five Flavors of Dumb.

Awesome book. I've never heard of it. And, that's why I LOVE Blogs. I can read the SAME books being reviewed in 5 different magazines in one month. But, I can read 5 different blogs today, not see a single one reviewing the same book....AND get an opportunity to WIN one of them!! Love it!

Saw this book listed on someone's
site, thought it looked quite
interesting! It would make the
rounds to most all in our family.
Especially to my son and DIL who
named all their children after
the Beatles or things connected
with them. They are such great
fans that they honeymooned in
Dallas 20 years ago because the
group was appearing there! LOL.

Blogger Pat Cochran said...

Correction: It was Paul McCartney
who was appearing in Dallas at
that time!
